Agreed about the soy nuts. I'd rather just get a smaller portion of nuts than have the soy mixed in. On another cost-cutting note, maybe the GA should announce that everyone in the waiting area should visit the rest rooms by the gates and take some toilet paper, because AA will no longer have that in the lavs.
