FYI, I just checked in and discovered they use a centralized heating system which means there's NO air conditioning available in winter months. The AC units only blow air—no cooling.

The only solution they offered was turning off the heating to our room and providing a fan. Pretty disappointed with this.

Had the same issue when I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou two years ago. If you run warm or need AC to sleep comfortably, be aware of this before booking during winter season. This appears to be common across many hotels in China during winter.
