There is no point in keep trying to contact TK about this before the flight is officially cancelled.
I would usually do the same, however, right now during the holiday season you are looking at a lot of sold-out flights. Had irops with AC on Friday (we were ok, I had booked a 7 hr layover knowing that AC’s operations are a shitshow) and other pax were impacted and told ‘next available seat is on Monday’.
If the underlying prime flight shows cancelled there are ways to resolve this, e.g. through the airport ticket office. Got to find an agent who understands the situation.
