Just got my Citi Strata card and want to use the $300 credit before the end of the year. Have a 2 night stay in the Chicago area next summer for a wedding. Price for the Hyatt hotel was actually a little less than Hyatt website. Total for 2 nights with taxes was $435. So I am left to pay $135. Great deal. Here is my question: It is an non refundable fare and I know from reading this thread that if I cancel next summer, I loose the $300 credit for 2025. Totally understandable. But what about the $135 that I paid? Do I also loose that or is it refunded?
