Um...it was like eating crunchy....er....um....cardboard, but with a little salt. Seriously, they have no taste. I picked through them too.
On a related note, I was given the official reason (from an FA anyhow) why there are no more cookies in biz and first on transcons.
With an almost chastising demeanor, I was instructed that
"We don't serve cookies any longer because our fares are so low." I offered $5, but she didn't find that funny
