Alaska Airlines "Fantasy Flight" to the "North Pole" (aka GEG?)

It looks like AS once again participated in the "Fantasy Flight" program in GEG recently--kudos to AS for keeping this tradition alive that provides so much joy to these kids! I actually recognized the "senior" FA with the "Naughty" name tag on who was on my SEA-CVG flights recently (both directions). As a FTer however, I have a few questions...
1. They said it was AS 1225 (appropriate given the holiday theme) but that must have been made up because it only shows up as an interisland flight on FlightAware--I wonder what the REAL flight # was so I could see if they actually flew somewhere and back or just did a holding pattern around GEG which is where I assume the "hanger" was that represented the "North Pole".
2. Do they only do this in GEG? Seems like it would also be appropriate in their hometown of SEA or even ANC and PDX.
3. It was a 40 minute flight--too short for inflight beverages?
4. How did they decide who would sit in F? What about Premium Class? I wonder if they actually had assigned seats or they just told everyone to sit wherever they wanted....
