Nowhere near as frequent as you but I used to do the same, especially when my father was living there on some LT visa. The 30-day(?) stay that was supposedly a new requirement a few years ago was a worry as our booked stayed in Thailand was over that limit, but we only had a stay in Thailand of ~2 nts at each end of the trip, and one of those was an O/N on a train to Malaysia. No one (including airline staff) asked about onward tickets.
hey need to come up with something better to stop the scamming or playing the system.
One would suppose the new pre-arrival registration will start screening travel patterns and alert authorities to who may be trying to circumvent stay limits.
