What about non FB members? As I understand it, part of the contract is that it's free and available to everyone, and requiring FB membership would appear to rule that out, even if it's free to acquire.

From reading elsewhere, this is becoming a real problem but again the contracts with Starlink appear to rule out restrictions which would prevent this.
