Here now. Blown away by how nice this resort is. Not even on the same level as PH St Kitts. Just came from Las Ventanas for 2 nights and the Waldorf for 3 nights and I am surprised to say the service has been the best of all three (and that’s saying a lot). Still a few kinks to work out with construction and amenities, but I can’t believe the service we have received at a large chain hotel compared to some other high end luxury boutique properties that have stood out to us. Once a few of the kinks are worked out here, I think this will be a gem in the Hyatt portfolio. Can’t wait to come back.
