I tried Live Chat - saying they can't do it.
Tried American number, an Indian lady picked up and said only the airport can do this,
Double-checked with English and Mandarin Services with HK Number and same result.

Shall I try my luck at ORD Check-In although the agent might not be able to remove myself from the PNR? Thanks a lot
