I'm also getting an error. Trying to add someone, and I have the correct FF number, email address and birth date. But it keeps giving an error saying "No match found. One or more of the fields is incorrect."

Could this be happening if they are a member of another pool already? I doubt they are, but I can't see why it would otherwise be giving any error.
