I'm talking about a situation where it gets to the gate with J2 O-2. PY is overbooked, but it's resolved by processing eUpgrades (or operational upgrades).
No different than overbooking Y.
If you're talking about the entire flight being overbooked, that's different. I don't think they'd overbook PY without having available J space to handle it.
