He obviously has an agenda but that does nothing to negate the fact that Alaska could easily add code to text account holders when there is a redemption or a change to their contract information and they haven't done so.

My account was hacked. Luckily I happened to sign on shortly afterward but I receive no notification from Alaska despite the fact that the hacker booked 8 business class redemption originating in China immediately after changing the contact information in my account. Now even a primitive fraud detection system would have caught this but I'm not suggesting they are remiss in not having that (but they should). I'm saying they should just notify account holders when there's an award redemption or a change to their contact information.

There is simply no reason for them not doing so.
