So, you're sure passenger information is correct. If you're putting the data from NRT-IST flight also try with IST-CDG. I never used that form I was always "lucky" to be offered a replacement on spot.

Another thing that comes to my mind is a possible issue for the baggage that was tagged at the boarding gate. I remember hand written tags for such baggage. I don't know know if those pieces taken at the gate are properly registered. Maybe that's causing the error you're getting.

As the last resort you can try the feedback from by choosing another category. Explain the issue and ask if you can send the details in a reply.
