It could be any or all of those. Also, did they cancel or down-gauge an earlier flight on the route which then has a cascading effect on all other flights on the route that day? IE: the first YYC - YYZ flight today was cancelled so all of a sudden the next 3 or 4 flights get zeroed out in all classes as they try to move those people to YYZ.
Well, this is for the only YYZ-MUC flight today. There was one yesterday that was delayed a bit but I can’t see that having a significant impact. Is it normal to have 10+ people on the standby list but only 5 on the business upgrade list (were 7hrs from departure)? Does this mean the flight’s likely overbooked?
