I've had confirmed upgrades for 5 months now. I just received the dreaded cabin change e mail for a flight on Monday. However, the body of the e mail tells me "Great news - we've upgraded you to business class". I didnt need the initial anxiety when I first spotted the e mail!

What would cause this? An aircraft change ? Or is it just AC's usual IT as work?
