I was surprised when my friend told his account was hacked earlier this week. Existing flights were cancelled and someone booked a flight to Florida with the flight credits.... :smh

My friend said Alaska was easy to work with and took care of everything (getting flights rebooked, refunds, etc). It did take him a couple of hours to get it all resolved.
