Have you tried the app? Calling AA CS is probably going to be your best option.
Thank you, both. I wondered if logging in as my daughter would work, but to no avail. A call to customer services it is!
edited to add: there was an issue with my daughter's d.o.b. which strangely was showing the same as mine! All sorted and we are checked-in.
