With rates around 25-28k/night (with Chase 4th night free), Voco has been my choice recently among the IHG options. I wrote a fairly detailed report in the property thread. The suites are large and in decent shape, and were easy to get via CSU. Breakfast was strong (although this is always determined by personal preferences). I had access to the lounge via Lounge Pass, and it was decent (although I didn't spend much time there). Once you factor in the location, I'd pick it over IC Rob (weak lounge, tiny rooms, mediocre breakfast, usually 5k points more expensive than Voco) and HI Atrium (unless that one prices 10k points cheaper than Voco, which does happen). Would not consider Indigo due to location.
