If you are just looking for general information to high end places, they may think the Michelin guide may be more what you are looking for.
This is what I sent

I hope you are well. My wife and I are very much looking forward to our stay at Park Hyatt Tokyo from March 25 through March 29 as part of our honeymoon. We would greatly appreciate your assistance with recommendations and, if possible, securing a reservation for an omakase sushi dinner during our stay. We are open to dining in Shinjuku, Shibuya, or other nearby areas that are convenient from the hotel. Our preferred budget range is approximately ¥25,000–¥35,000 per person, excluding beverages. We are particularly interested in a traditional counter-style omakase experience and would value your guidance toward restaurants known for both exceptional quality and a refined atmosphere suitable for a special occasion. Please let us know if there is any additional information you may need from us, including preferred dates or times. We are generally flexible and happy to defer to your recommendations. Thank you very much for your assistance.
