Now I do not want to use that flight. How do I get the entire $1450 extended as a FFC or ETC? Do I change the date of the BLR-DEN flight to a $1500.option in perhaps April 2026 that uses the remaining flight credit plus $50, and then cancel it after 24 hours? Would that work? Or is it better to request a conversion to an ETC? Thanks for any advice! I've read through much of this thread but am still confused...
If you cancel the $750 flight you will get a $750 FFC. FFCs are combinable so you can use both for a future flight purchase. You can also get a new flight now for $1500 and then cancel that if you prefer a single $1500 FFC - shouldn't matter though. No ETC conversions unless there are technical issues encountered
