Yes, "fast track" security being slower than the regular lanes at T2 is pretty inexcusable, but that's obviously not a BA thing and applies equally to all airlines at T2. Likewise the final call issue, that is MAN-wide, not just T2, it happened at T3 too (albeit without the long walk to the BA corridor).
I'm not sure how you expect any of that to get "better" in terms of what BA can do.
