No need for hand luggage only, grab your case. Go to the train station, collect your ticket and then travel onward to where you want to.
Good suggestion. The only risk is that in case of IRROPS OP will be booked on a flight to BRU that does not pass CDG. Particularly if you have Rennes as destination, they almost only can rebook you via CDG.
Ach...and should/will.....for us non-native speakers we think that is all the same ;-)
