I have total of 3 adapters. One is pretty light and the other two are pretty hefty. The Vintar adapter is as heavy as iPhone 15 Max. All of them fall out of the outlets easily. In hotels I have to always build some concoction to make it stay in place. Even the light one would fall out of the socket. I think that's a normal thing.
When I travel for work and stay in the region for a week or two I buy local extension cord with USB ports. Something like on the picture below. Whatever can be plugged to the USB ports I do that and for adapter I plug it on the top (and it stays in place without falling out). I have extension cords for Asia, Middle East and Europe. They don't weight a lot and sometimes they are life savers when in hotel room you have one outlet...
