BOM-BKK-LPQ (w Bangkok Air). Each time they separated us (2 people on same booking) and I had to manually rearrange the seats. Luckily on the last change I got the last 2 seats together that were available. Then on the actual flight my wife's seat broke and she had to sit elsewhere (no compensation offered). Of course they are very dated seats (it's been a long time since I've flown angled lie flat) with no storage.

Then just to improve the lack-of-sleep experience the BKK-LPQ flight changed from jet to an ATR72 (2 hours worth).

First world problems I know, but a massive difference to SQ.
Always unfortunate when this happens for a night flight, although for a day flight I still find the old 772 is very spacious. And kind of ‘retro’

Why did you select TG over SQ? Presumably schedule? Or price & schedule? Just curious.
