There were gaps of 20-40mins of no internet at all as well.

It was the Panasonic system.
I was on BR15 and BR16 last week and internet was again unusable except for random bursts when messages would come in. I have diamond status however am keeping an eye on United which started rolling out starlink on its planes earlier this year. I am hoping they upgrade TPE <--> SFO to starlink - if they do, I'll start flying that asap.

I submitted feedback to Eva about their need to upgrade their internet tech on their website. Not sure anyone will read it, but I'll keep sending the same message until I get a response or acknowledgement.
