Cacio e pepe ravioli

Cacio e pepe ravioli with parmesan cream sauce with black pepper, spinach, roasted red and yellow tomatoes (they were sundried in this case, not roasted.)





I must have experienced the rarest, most friendly, and attentive crew out there. The lead and second FA working First were in the aisle constantly, with the second FA always, literally every 10-15 minutes, going up and down the aisle shaking wine bottles and water with glasses if anyone wanted refills or something else to drink. Same with the snack basket at least two times.
