Adding to the comments here. I have had my bag for over a year now, and it DOES NOT LAST. I travel a lot and the bag was beautiful the first use but here I am a year later, and it got put into the trash. The rollers do not move smoothly, the handle doesn't stay in place, and the exterior cracks very easily. Normal handling from the airline has caused huge cracks in the exterior of the bag. The last flight I went on, they had to add stickers over the crack because it was considered a hazard. Also, customer service said there was nothing they could do because they can't control handling from the airlines. You are better off ordering from a company like Tumi or Away with a lifetime guarantee and better customer service.
