Update: They just manually refunded my transaction after a week. But the overall experience left a very sour taste, not too sure I would attempt to book with them again.

I'd be wary to use them right now. I placed a fully refundable booking last week and I have been unable to cancel it on their website.
Their chat support has been offline (I have never seen it online). And they their email support inbox is also unresponsive.
I just hope it doesn't come down to a chargeback.
