Besides the food presentation being very tasty and still having unlimited Neuhaus chocolates, still enjoying the discrete privacy and dedicated KMar passport control plus with the friendly assistance of Rachel and her inhouse teams of professionals. I had the unexpected need to withdraw cash € and she escorted me through the secret passage to the atm in the main terminal building. Due to immigration formalities in our destination country, i was at a loss to make colour copies of my families' passports. Fortunately Rachel was the saving angel to assist in providing these in excellent sharp defination colour copies.
Thus i can fully recommend this VIP private terminal experience.

Every festive season, the team presents its regular guests with a delightful momento with a hint of Dutch nostalgia.

Last year was the cookie jar and the saucer plate, this year it's a....

There exist multipe items with the same design and limited numbering seal so one can build up their own touch of Dutchness collection for at home/office.

When Singapore Airlines offers F from AMS to SIN starting this summer 2026, the team asked on my behalf what the lounge situation will be for SQ F: unfortunately no access to the VIP private terminal but only invites to the non-schengen Privium lounge. Good thing SQ F pax are not sent to the nonschengen Aspire lounge, otherwise LKY would be rolling his eyes of disbelief!
