Club lounge breakfast does not equal to breakfast at restaurant. At least at Crown plaza Akita. The lounge breakfast is not where near the quality. However, Crowne plaza hiroshima lounge breakfast is okay just doesn't have morning steak that full restaurant offers.
As it happens, I've stayed at the latter. They said, as most do, that with lounge access I could choose the restaurant or the lounge, so I went to the restaurant for the steak.
When I stayed at IC Bangkok, they said I could choose the lounge or either of two restaurants for breakfast. I chose the lounge, because it has steak and the restaurants do not. (The opposite of CP Hiroshima.)
