Stayed here end of Aug '25 when they just started the switch. We found it enjoyable; didn't really have any issues. Great service.
Booking was through iPrefer at the time, but they honored it incl. breakfast for 2. I held HH Diamond at the time, so perhaps that helped.
Booked Guest Room Queen, and was upgraded to Grand Deluxe Room in the 3XXX wing. iPads in every room for lighting, temps, etc.
Appeared to mostly be Restoration Hardware furnishings, Bvlgari toiletries. Would consider it a 'refined' feel. The spa area looked pretty nice (we didn't have time though).
