I give up on telephone check-in. It's a waste of my time and a waste of money spent on the phone -- my seat has never been honoured! Once I was told 4A but was then given 28F. That's great!

And they never get my AC number right -- they always have to reinput the number at check-in as it is mysteriously not there!
