I did Schengen (A Gates) arrival to Non-Schengen (E Gates) around 19:30 / 7:30pm with passport control and missing a Heidi train in just under 20mins, with an EU passport using auto gates though. Foreigner passport control was not overflowing, but busy, I'd reckon a good 15-20mins there at least. YMMV.
