Baggage delivery times and on time arrival are certaily the largest variables and cannot be predicted in advance.

One potential speed up point - last week, whilst transiting from a J gate to a D gate and walking almost entire length of terminal - I noticed that the normal security lines and TSA Pre were quite long but the "Priority Line" for First/Business had almost no queue - so even though I have TSA Pre it was much faster to use the traditional First/Business security check point - perhaps something to keep an eye out for when you are transferring landside
