I was on with the call center making a change yesterday and asked the agent if he'd heard anything about issues with SQM/SQD posting. He said he hadn't gotten any calls about it and hadn't seen any internal messaging. I suspect this is another one of those things we have under a huge microscope at FT but the vast majority of the user base doesn't even notice.
Still highly annoying.
