sort of leaning towards the pork belly but slightly worried it will be soggy and/or too fatty, not a fan of fish and usually steer clear from chicken as well as it sounds it can potentially be very dry..To be honest the three options sound quite underwhelming for me and to my understanding this is the exact same choice from Dec/Jan last year…..
