Lesson learnt - do not try to book Afternoon Tea in the last minute especially on weekends. It remains on our todo list for our next visit
Fortunately mr. George proactively asked us for Saturday and booked a table for Saturday. On Friday I asked mr. Peter from the Concierge team would it be possible to have a table next to the window (kind of challenging task for 3 people), however he and probably mr. Arnaud did the magic

So after some museums on Saturday the Boat time finally arrived. The experience was just wow. I appreciate the efforts from mr. Justin to book it (it turned out this is not the usual company as they were fully booked). The boat turned out to be an old doctor/notary one in perfect condition with electric engine. It had an internal heated compartment and external one where you can enjoy the cruise. It was equipped with WC. The temperature was just about right to sit outside and enjoy the trip. There were a soft drinks and wine/champagne offerings, we had a bottle of Champagne which was charged directly to the room.
Our captain (mr. Sven) was a great young guy explaining not only about the Lighting festival but also about the landmarks we were passing by. At the end K jr. was some impressed she did not wanted to leave. For all the three of us it was a magical experience.
Some pictures of the boat below:

After quick rest we had another nice dinner (unfortunately I missed mr. Ted by 1 day) having excellent service by mr. George and mr. Vincent. This time we decided to start with a glass of Moet Chandon 2016 instead of Gimonnet Gonet, not sure if this is a temporary offering or a menu update.

We had a great breakfast service with familiar faces such as ms. Virginia and ms. Natalia but really missed ms. Estelle for second stay in a row - is she still part of the breakfast team?

I think there is a new guest management system in place. I was proactively contacted via Whatsapp and upon initial opt-in was presented with a link to a shorting service called eu.cnry.in. After some digging it turned out this is legit and is used by Canary Technologies. I was offered way to enhance my stay both in terms of room upgrade and addons such as breakfast and bottle of champagne.
Fun fact about the new system - the internal calls such as Room service or House keeping were displayed as 0.45EUR/call but were removed from the final bill without questions.

I know last year I wrote it was probably my best stay, however this is a new top (and also shared with my family). We definitely are looking to return next year.
