Actually since you mention it, I don't see any mention of the 4 upgrade vouchers unless I'm missing something. Have they been withdrawn as part of the "improvements"?
Actually, sarcasm aside, the changes benefit me. I've just been on Excel and under the new scheme I will get BD gold in 6 weeks time, rather than the 12 weeks it would have
taken me under the points system.
