Above all, does it ask for any personal data / data that could be used for any sort of a scam? Most surveys don't, so normally I'd consider that a green/red flag before worrying about the domain.

Another thing is that while email address can be spoofed easily, URL of a website can't under normal circumstances (unless someone already has access to your network), so where the link leads should also be telling.
