The fact that there are so many rules that even BA IT can’t keep up with, never mind us as mere punters, should be shocking really but I just find myself chuckling at the sheer stupidity having now personally completely checked out of chasing tier points since the changes (fortunate to have GfL.. I feel sorry for those who are genuinely impacted). All we read about is how confusing and tough this all is. Madness.
