How disappointing. Last year, I saw the PACE flag waving proudly at an idyllic beach in Goa, India and thought, "Wow! A gay Pride flag in India!" And since there's a PACE rainbow flag on my street in Dupont Circle (Gay DC), I've always assumed the org was gay-related.
