Wasn’t the case when I went through on Nov 20th (albeit I was on the last BA flight of the night). We were funnelled to the upstairs corridor for passport control and then down a long corridor to baggage reclaim - which had a passage through security back to departures - but we def were’t mixed with departing passengers and I don’t think that system is possible at Oslo.
