Yesterday from SFO to EWR.
I’m sat by the preboarding area and see a young couple in the starting blocks to preboard.
They call people needed extra time and they rush to the gate attendant, only letting a wheelchair go before them.
Next they call Military Personel and GS so I go toward the podium just to be cut by a woman and her 10 years old litterally running. I let them go in front of me. Both of their BP bip. The GA check them (they are both in group 6 BASIC ECO) but the GA just let them board.
We arrive at the plane but the wheelchair is slow so we all board together.
I hear the girl from the young couple explaining to the FA that she has a severe peanut allergy so she doesn’t want any nuts served on the flight.
Since she is blocking the access to Business (757), I hear the FA push back and she starts going on a rant so at this point I’m like “excuse me move please”.
So no enforcement of groups and peanut allergy is now a disability…
