There isn't a separate line for Business Class, but I think the lines in the morning at international move pretty fast. The e-gates are immediately after security on the right side from the regular immigration line. Migracheck can be requested up to 2 days in advance (the official info is to request it 48 hours in advance, the website will say registration is valid 3 days total).

Also just in case, they will allow larger liquids through at security but will take them away at the gate before boarding US-bound flights.
