OmanAir - Please note, the exchanges are not possible online for this booking.
When I logon to my Omanair booking, it says


Please note, the exchanges are not possible online for this booking. For assistance, please call our call center at +968-24531111

And I cannot do ANYTHING, not add frequent flyer number, not choose seats, anything.

I booked directly with OmanAir many months ago. When I google that phrase, nothing comes up. Does anyone have any idea what this is about?
