Just got the "We’re sorry, but a portion of this eCredit has been used and fare rules prevent the redemption of any residual value." message.

Delta's whole eCredit system is a mess. I'm trying to work through it, but I think I'm in for a LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGG phone call.
