This and a Chardonnay came home with me. Anyway, it needed to breathe for a couple of minutes but it is just as good as I remember it. I had actually been storing it in the overflow rack in my pantry since my wine fridge is full.
Yesterday I was not feeling so great so I didn't get to have any. This morning it is snowing and I am really in the mood for mulled wine, so I am using some of this for one cup of it. It is great, much better than with the cheap Bordeaux from last time.
Today I am going to a holiday party where there will be plenty of alcohol. I am going to contribute with a Peake Ranch Chardonnay Santa Barbara County 2021, and my gift to the host will probably be the Contino Reserva 2018 (sorry
