Lounge in MIA with 4 seats reserved for P is definitely not up to the expectations.
We got driven to the gate for pre boarding but then ended up waiting more than 20 min in the jetway as P cabin was not ready; while all pax were boarding and wondering what we were doing waiting in the middle of the jetway
Was seated in 1A : tablet not working so no access through the tablet to infotainment, no window controls, and then the dock stoped working as well
No WiFi either while we got no info upfront as this is generally the case
Considering the premium vs J, this is definitely not worth it on this short route
That is disappointing to hear. Have you at least been offered any compensation for the non-working tablet, window controls etc.? Since all of that is an essential part of the experience they're selling, being unable to control the window shades is really bad imo.
