Tried to call the silver line yesterday to make an open jaw Avios booking, it wouldn’t even let me wait with a “sorry we cannot tell your call right now. Goodbye”. With some help from a first agent I was told selecting changing a cash booking would put me through an Avios trained agent. It worked and there wasn’t even any wait!
